Pay the £25 Excess
We'll take payment over the phone or send a secure link. This is the only cost you'll pay.
Engineer Visit Arranged
We'll schedule an engineer to visit within 3-5 working days. They'll repair or replace your appliance.
Claim Excess
One simple fee per claim. No hidden costs.
Before You Claim - Please Read
We're here to help with genuine breakdowns. However, we cannot cover:
- Pre-existing issues - Faults that existed before your plan started
- Accidental damage - Drops, spills, impacts, or misuse
- Damage by others - Family, friends, visitors, or third parties
- Natural events - Lightning, floods, power surges, storms
- Delayed reporting - Issues you noticed but left to worsen
- Neglect - Lack of maintenance or ignoring warning signs
Personal injury claims must be directed to the appliance manufacturer, not Tradeflix.
