How to Make a Claim

Report the Issue Immediately

Call us or fill out the form as soon as you notice a problem. Don't wait - delaying can affect your claim.

Provide Your Details

Have your customer reference number (TF-XXXXXX) ready, along with the appliance make, model, and fault description.

Pay the £25 Excess

We'll take payment over the phone or send a secure link. This is the only cost you'll pay.

Engineer Visit Arranged

We'll schedule an engineer to visit within 3-5 working days. They'll repair or replace your appliance.

Before You Claim - Please Read

We're here to help with genuine breakdowns. However, we cannot cover:

  • Pre-existing issues - Faults that existed before your plan started
  • Accidental damage - Drops, spills, impacts, or misuse
  • Damage by others - Family, friends, visitors, or third parties
  • Natural events - Lightning, floods, power surges, storms
  • Delayed reporting - Issues you noticed but left to worsen
  • Neglect - Lack of maintenance or ignoring warning signs

Personal injury claims must be directed to the appliance manufacturer, not Tradeflix.
